Your searches will be accessible at any time for you to browse, through the "Client Login" link. You will be able to decide upon which properties to save and which properties to remove from your list. You will receive e-mail alerts as soon as matching properties are put on the market! These new listings that match your search criteria will also be available for you to view in your saved search.

Once you decide that you would like to view a property simply click on "schedule a showing" or contact us directly. We will set something up at your convenience.

		BA Buyer's Agent Everyone now wants to call themselves a "Buyer's Agent". Buyer's Agents that work in a regular real estate office which takes listings can indeed represent a buyer, but if that buyer wants to see a home listed by the same company, then the buyer's agent becomes a dual agent representing both the buyer and the seller. How can someone fully represent two opposing parties at the same time? THEY CAN'T!
